The Johan Carinus Art Centre host and participates in various exhibitions and events every year to give students the opportunity to celebrate their hard work, and to display their unique talents as artists.
An important event for our Johan Carinus is 'the annual student awards exhibition' which displays the best artworks from all our feeder schools from Gr 4 up to Gr 12. Awards are given to students with the best artworks from each grade, and from each discipline, and the public and parents are invited to join the event.
Every year, the best student artworks from the year are sent to Bathurst to participate in the annual Bathurst Art show that usually takes place in the third term. The exhibition features artworks from neighbouring towns, and our students take great pride in exhibiting their works alongside other schools.
